This notice describes the information collected through the Arena Battle corporate contact form.

What we collect

The form collects your name, company, email, optional website, chosen topic, message, language and contact consent. A request reference and timestamps are stored with the enquiry. Please do not submit passwords, payment information or player records.

How we use it

The information is used to review and respond to your demo, integration or partnership enquiry. Authorised provider staff can view it in the management panel and add follow-up notes. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Access and storage

Enquiries are stored in the provider database. Access requires an authenticated management account with specific permissions. IP-derived rate-limit keys expire after a 15-minute window; raw IP addresses are not saved in the enquiry record. Hosting infrastructure may maintain separate access logs.

Your preferences

You can request a correction or deletion, or withdraw your contact permission, using this form with your request reference. Your request will be reviewed by the team. This corporate form is separate from operator player accounts and wallets.

Before public launch

The operating company’s legal identity, contact address and final retention policy will be added before public launch. This preview does not claim a gaming licence or certification.
